- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- A valid invoice or proof of purchase is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used printer cartridges and inks (unless found defective)
- Refilled toner cartridges after usage
- Customized, special-order, or non-standard items
- Services once completed (including cartridge refilling services)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 15 days via phone or email
- Provide your order details and reason for return
- Our team will verify the request and guide you through the return procedure
Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Inspection & Approval
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
Refunds or replacements will be approved only if the product meets the return eligibility criteria.
5. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed after inspection
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (or bank transfer, if applicable)
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days
6. Replacement Policy
In case of defective or damaged products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
7. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product)
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
