2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used printer cartridges and inks (unless found defective)
  • Refilled toner cartridges after usage
  • Customized, special-order, or non-standard items
  • Services once completed (including cartridge refilling services)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 15 days via phone or email
  2. Provide your order details and reason for return
  3. Our team will verify the request and guide you through the return procedure

Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Inspection & Approval

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
Refunds or replacements will be approved only if the product meets the return eligibility criteria.

5. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed after inspection
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (or bank transfer, if applicable)
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

6. Replacement Policy

In case of defective or damaged products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product)
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
